Very good idea!?

Small Group plans are a possible alternative to the high cost 2017 individual health plans.

Many of our small business clients are moving to a Group Plan to get lower rates, have more plan choices to keep a broad national provider network and to capitalize on the tax advantages.

Group Plans requirements:

  1. Minimum of two full time (>30 hrs / week) employees and at least one employee must be a non-family member.
  2. Employer must pay a minimum of 50% of the employee only coverage, approximately $175 – $250 / month
  3. Employer must offer the health plan to all FT employees, only need 2 to enroll.
